Hey, I am not against hydration. I love hydration. Especially as a cyclist and a runner, I know how important it is to our bodies. Unfortunately overstating its important in the weight loss process is a waste of time. You can drink all the water in the world, you can drink 1st thing in the AM, you can drink a glass of water before meals…. but until you accept that our bodies retain fat/weight due to hormones (insulin) all you will be doing is running to the bathroom, a lot!
