Insert facepalm or eyeroll here please. If I was the bloggercoach, I’d be able to do that but since I’m the lowcarbcoach I will stick with what I know. Thinking that fruit carbs are somehow better than bread carbs may help you sleep at night, but it isn’t helping you drop the weight.
